The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Licensing of several Types of Economic Activity" (re Aircraft Construction Industry)

The Bill (Reg. No.2311) extends the list of types of economic activity subject to licensing. Thus the said activity includes sale of aircraft engines, its parts and components, aviation equipment and other aeronautical equipment. Pursuant to the Bill, advance receipt of certificates for production and maintenance of such equipment is a condition necessary for obtainment of the said license.

Adoption of the Bill will prevent violations in the field of aircraft construction, eliminate discredit and prevent decline in authority of the said sector due to the "incompetent enterprises".
